These are my paddles for stand up jon boat,kayak, or canoe paddle boarding..there are many like it, but these are mine[

One is made from a pool cleaning pole,perfect for those calmer days and also can be used as a push pole. The other is much stronger and a bit heavier and was made from a boat hook pole. It extends and retracts with a twist lock mechanism so you can shorten it for normal paddling "sitting down" or extend it for stand up!
