Hey everyone, I finally got the rules together and no I didn't have anyone proof read them so I need your help to point out any flaws that we can't live with and I'll go back in and fix them... Let me know what you think about the rules and reply to join the contest... I have not got the BFT label ready yet and I don't have the example post on the contest board yet, but I'll have that soon... Contest begins on the ides of March so et tu brute or however that goes... Hope you'll like this years fun and games as team south tries to defend their catfish championship...
Don't remember how well we clarified the team challenge, but we will have the top ten cats from each team all added together to get a team score to prove who is the ultimate catfish team in Utah for 2016... I think BFT is even throwing in some T-shirts so if we get enough shirts maybe we can get a shirt for each of the team members having a fish in the top ten from that team... I know that usually is just 4 or 5 people so we might be able to do this... No guarantee, but possible... Anyway here are the rules and get ready to roll next week...

Boundary shouldn't have changed, but choose your team from where you want to fish for your contest entry fish. Like if you fish Willard and Utah Lake you could choose north or south, but may think your chances at Willard are less promising to win so you choose team south. Just an example we all know the north will return to power this year. Later J

Halfastfisher, it's good to have you on the forum and hope you'll enjoy this contest, we've had a lot of fun with it in years past... Best part you're part of the best team... Although it's just you and I so far from the north team... Plenty of rebels so far, hope you're up to the challenge... J

Got ya on the list and per our rules your son will need to get an account set up and a user name. I reserved him a slot under your son on the list, but will need him to get an account and then let me know what his user name is and I'll get him on the list. Is he 16 or younger so he would qualify as a youth? Thanks J

Got ya Larry and 10-4 Tom will look for the new youth user, and Setthehook, I'll have you do the same thing I asked Tom to do, have your wife create an account so she can be eligible for prizes... Seems like she had the big fish last time you were in the contest and didn't get to enter it, so have her get an account set up and let me know what her user name is, but I have a place holder for her in the contest now...
