WOW! Thanks to the DNR for expanding our opportunities to catch different fish, Kokanee at Starvation, Walleye and Crappie at Red Fleet and Wipers in East Canyon.

This is a good example of the DWR listening to Utah anglers.
We have seen a huge improvement in non-trout/warm water fishing in Utah over the last 10 to 12 years.

It's good to see that anglers are behind the DWR and their vision for the future of fishing in Utah.

Don't forget there was also 2,200 wiper planted last fall (lots more planned for this summer) in Red Fleet and also wiper and tiger musky planted a few years ago in Bullock and Cottonwood east of Roosevelt. Lots of new opportunity around the State.
