Crappie and largemouth fishing has been excellant this past week. Largemouth have moved shallow to feed on this this years crawfish. They are hitting jig/pork combinations great. Jerkbaits are also working well. Smallmouth are very good on Kentucky Lake and fair on Lake Barkley. Small jigs and spinnerbaits are catching most. The big crappie have been caught on minnows over 15' to 20' of water. Some fishermen have had excellant results shallow on crappie during mid-day. There are no reports from the catfishermen or whitebass fishermen.<br><br>www.kentuckylakebarkley.com
