I glanced at the DWR website this morning, and while it may be old news, it appears limits have been liberalized at Tibble Fork in anticipation of draining it this year. According to the notice, the draining may have already begun. I never go there, so it could be empty for all I know. I didn't find any mention of this in a quick search on this site, so figured I would post it.
[ul][li]Tibble Fork Reservoir: The daily bag and possession limit has been increased to eight (8) fish. This change is effective immediately and will remain in effect through June 30, 2016. Tibble Fork Reservoir will be drained beginning as early as April 1, 2016 to make repairs to the outlet works, upgrade Tibble Fork Dam to meet dam safety and seismic standards, and increase water storage. Limits are being temporarily liberalized to allow anglers to harvest fish that would otherwise be lost.[/li][/ul]
