I was out there today too -- from 8am until noon. The wind and waves were quite a bit to contend with early on, but it calmed down some. Water temp was 52 when I launched and 56 when I left. I caught 2 crappie and one little bitty wiper. I had another fish on in freeway bay, but it unhooked itself just before I got a glimpse of it. I've decided I'm not a big fan of being out in the boat when it's windy like that!

I also fished it today from about 8 to 12:00ish, caught four wipers. (first ever) The wind was tough on the Kayak but when it calmed it rocked me to sleep for a few minutes. The Wipers made for a great dinner.

Fishing picked up in the evening. Managed half a dozen wipers, a couple of crappies and the biggest catfish I've caught in Willard Bay.

We were up there as well on Tuesday morning from about 9 to 12:30. We ended up with 8 wipers and one crappie between 2 of us. First trip up there this year.

That was me in the white polar kraft boat that fished just North of you for a couple of hours. Glad to hear you caught a few!
