I'm there now and for a few days. I'll fish close to Manila Friday morning. After that, I'm open to other locations in this Utah and Wyoming area.
Any BFT members fishing in the area?

My fishing location is pictured. I'm posting from inside the truck as a very brief rain just passed and radar shows it is clearing fast. Conditions: Rain just stopped. Wind blown waves coming in to me and I'm shore fishing -- spin casting with a very wide selection of lures. I also have earthworms. Lure choice and other recommendations are invited. BFT members are invited to fish with me. Let's fish!

The fish were at the boat launch while I was fishing elsewhere. I got there as the last of people were leaving with plenty of large thick rainbow trout. I saw a large one jump about ten feet from my float over an earthworm two feet below.
I'm have just a few hours that I can fish Saturday morning.

They have been catching alot of fish there. There are a few guys that are getting a little over excited with the catching, if ya know what I mean. The fish cop is keeping a close eye. Try over by Stateline, that is usually pretty good if your just shore fishing and don't have a boat. Good luck!
