Initial Muskies, Inc. Utah Chapter Meeting

This is the Chapters first meeting.

The DNR will also be in attendance and we are hoping a conservation officer will also be in attendance to answer questions. We will have information handouts available.

Here are the specifics if one is interested

When: 12 May 2016 (Thursday)

Time: 6 PM to 9 PM

Where: Chris' Restaurant 7345 E 900 S Huntsville, Utah

6:00 PM - Social, ordering food if eating review items for sale and purchase. All monies raised from donated Muskie gear and outdoor related equipment go into establishing the Chapters funds.

It was a great turnout...21 Anglers Chapter made close to $700 for initial Fund raiser...DNR was there and provided great info additionally an Angler on a fishery management group briefed there will be a new TM water in the near future for Utah. A great CO also came and gave the group some more info. Great first meeting for sure...new friends made!!

Chris' Restaurant was awesome at hosting great food...a big Thank You to the Staff!!!

was there any talk of those Muskie tags? seems like there are enough places where people can keep a large muskie.

Yes along with a whole lot of other great info. DNR provided lots of info during meeting and answered lots of questions. Was a very informative GTG...

So is that information secretive? or do we need to join and attend for the info?

No info isn't secretive but out of respect for DNR I will let them address and they will be sending out a survey to anglers and also I'm sure Amy will post on line. But if you want to Join the Chapter your more than welcome just shoot me a PM with your email address.
