Mother's Day Mantua
#1
I was the only one on the lake so either my Wife really loves me or everyone else was smart enough to stay home and stay dry. Cloudy, dark, rainy and warm with no wind-sign me up. Reminds me of spring time at Lake Fork.

It looks like you had a great day of catching. How much did those weigh?

I held them long enough for a picture and then back in the drink they went so I didn't weigh them. Biggest was probably pushing 4 pounds, maybe a hair over.

Looks like a great day of fishing! The shoreline brush looks like some nice cover to fish. Tight lines.

Very nice. Glad to see the cooler weather didn't put them off. I love this time of year.

Looks like you had some fun.

Since you mention Lake Fork. I'm going to Texas next month. Might have to give it a try. Does anyone know a good fishing guide?
