Snowmobile/snow shoes. The whole north side is solid white. Don't think you'll get too far up/in.

My general take is on an average snow year, July 4th is doable, most passes hiking. On a light snow year, maybe June 15. On a heavy heavy snow year, July 4, but no Rocky Sea Pass, Dead Horse Pass until late July. They ski Snowbird many years on July 4th. Have fun, see a different side of the Uintas. Let us know, pictures please.
