Early father's day gift

So I got my father's day gift early and I love it. My wife got me a pontoon that I have been wanting. My buddy and I decided to take it to Pineview for the first trip with it. Good trip. Didn't catch anything but I was able to try and get the hang of it. It's a little tricky at first just not use to using the paddles this way. Got into allot of trees my first time out and realizes I need an anchor. Second thing I would like to get a trolling motor. Was hoping to catch crappies but I still has a great time. Talked to a guy in a bass boat he said he was doing really for smallies on plastic but I left all mine at home. Today I'm going to set up rod holders on it so I can have more then just 2 with me.now here's a question does anyone know the best way to put a transom on for my trolling motor? Not sure when I will get one but there not that expensive but just don't have the money for the motor and to register it.also what will I need to register it and does anyone know about how much it will cost.?I attached a pic of it so everyone will know what kind I have.

Nice toon. You'll need to get creative to build a motor mount. Where there is a will there is a way.

Thanks.I saw on the California post you made a post about heading out that way. Did you ever get to go fish and how did you do? I went to Dan diego last Sept and did really well on a fishing charter.
