Wiper Hunter was gracious enough and took me on an early A.M. Willard excursion...Warm morning, but with very lite winds and a good topper, we were comfortable enough...no action at the island area, so we traveled elsewhere, and got into some nice 'eyes and wipers, all wipers released...great to get to know another really good fisherman, and now maybe I can share more of the fun, and maybe some success, with my young teenager grandson...tks again WH..

No problem Joe, enjoyed getting out there with you are well.
I got out there with ZUKI_BLUE today and fished the same area you and I did but this time only caught wipers, the numbers were the same but just no eyes.
I notice the water level has started to drop already and they must be done on dumping rock out there for the reef. Sure don't look like it amounted to much. Water temp hit 80 degrees around noon.

Sounds like you have been tearing it up out there Curt. If you don't mind telling, where did they dump the rocks? Bet that is going to be crowded spot after a while. If you don't want to "hot spot" no big deal I'll find it sooner or later--just go where all the boats are.
Take Care

LOL, its no secret, here is a link to the article about it:
http://www.ksl.com/...o-boost-fish-habitat
IMO, it will not make a huge difference and I don't see it causing a lot of folks to flock to it because it does not amount to much but we will see.
Also a Google map pic:
