Strawberry 7/2
#1
We went to Strawberry to chase the rainbows again. I was a little baffled that we couldnt find bigger fish. The bows that we caught a few weeks ago were a lot bigger. We moved quite a few times in search of bigger fish with no luck.

We used a variety of power bait colors and flavors and they all seemed to work, and we ended up catching a lot more than we kept. Sunday dinner will be delicious.

The best thing about the trip was I was able to get my two daughters out of bed early to come with.

Happy fishing.

it looks like you did pretty good , i've found bigger bows fishing the shore lines in the fall.

Yep the fall time is a lot better. The big fish are more vulnerable to getting caught and our in cruising the shore lines looking for food to get ready for the winter. A minnow and slip bobber works good this time of year.

Thanks for the pointers. I will try if I can find the time, fall gets really busy during hunting season.
Sometimes it is really difficult to do all the fun stuff I want to do.
