Went to Willard yesterday with a friend that doesn't get out much. Parked the boat about 50 yards out from the east dike 8-9 feet deep. Nailed some nice cats and a couple wiper, (well he caught the majority) couldn't of been better. Forgot to say they were all on mussels.
