State Park Fees during the winter

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]A quick check of the State Parks website doesn't show any information on the when do I pay policy, so I sent an email to them asking for clarification on this point. I will let you know what they say after I get a response from them. I think that if the park is open, then you are required to pay the fee. There ain't ever any free lunch with regard to Utah revenue sources in my experience. [][/#800000][/font]
