Hit the deck about 9 am and fished until 5. Brought home 10 gills, a perch, and a limit of slime rockets. Fished in 15ft of water. Fish were all next to the bottom. Had fished marked all day and had to convince them to bite. Used ice flies tipped with mealworms just off the bottom.

Hit the ice this morning about 8 and fished until 11. Not so much as a bite!! Fished the south end in 10' of water using glow ratfinky tipped with meal worm. . . . nothing. Marked fish right on the bottom but they weren't interested. Bummer day.

That's never fun. I was on the east side. The bite wasn't fast and furious but just enough to stay. I also released a handful of smaller gills.

I have a feeling you weren't the only one skunked today. Maybe a combination of the high-pressure system, and the city that dropped on that pond.
Better luck next time.

We caught a few up there today, but it could have certainly been better. Also, some of the perch we caught were the smallest I have ever seen caught. We tried deeper water and only found baby perch there. We found 5' to 6' of water was more productive.

I have spent the last three weeks in MN so I have not ice fished this season. Is there enough ice for atv's or sleds?
Hoping to get out somewhere this week or weekend.
Thanks...

There is 6-7" of good ice but there are also springs where the ice is thinner.
