spinach (leftover), cold boiled, creamed or buttered

Pickerel, boiled, skinned, boned and escalloped[/font]

seasonings to taste



Place in a buttered baking dish the spinach mixed with the codfish. Season well. Put pieces of butter on top. Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
