With the talk about food prices going through the roof or some not being available at all, my plan is to expand my garden, even if I have to use culinary water to water it. I really don't care about my grass, as a matter of fact I plan on cutting my lawn in half this year and going with a low water landscape plan. The state of Utah has a website that will give you detailed plans on how to do it and in some cases even pay you to make the change over. If you are interested, I can post a link to that website.
