canada and england bothe made afganistan thier base of opperations, they both have pulled out of there for financial and lack of any real influance upon the people there to turn away from thier culture traditions...
Even Seria our alli has diffuculty in changing their culture over night... It will take generations to make the changes just as it has here in america. and some of it will never be gone just the same as it is here....
