Fly Fishing Flaming Gorge Carp?

Anyone on here ever fished for carp at FG? I was looking into it and have heard some awesome things about the carp size and aggressiveness. I also hear the cicadas can be great fun for carp and other species up there. Just looking for advice on flies and where to go. Thanks.

They are SUPER spooky and line shy. This last summer, I had a perfect cast in slightly choppy water, and I watched this fish literally move around my fly.
I haven't figured them out yet, but I can tell you they will eat other fish, and crawdads.

I've caught them on crayfish patterns, stripped slowly on the bottom in the sheep creek area!, caught them to 16lbs! I was using the rust colored pattern. Hope this helps!!!
